It is the ability to stay committed to your faith and values in the face of adversity. It is the inner fortitude that helps us navigate life’s storms without losing our connection with God.

The Holy Spirit is the One who gives strength and renewal to the inner being, but this strengthening does not happen without cooperation. You must give the Holy Spirit opportunities to strengthen and refresh and renew our inner being.
